Lunch/Dinner: Marinated Portabellos

Caps/slices/whole Portobello Mushrooms
Balsamic glaze
Annie’s Organic Shiitake Sesame Dressing

Place mushrooms in seal-able Tupperware, coat all mushrooms or pieces with glaze and add ¼ to ½ cup (depending on how many mushrooms you’re marinating) of the dressing. Cover and give a good shake. Put in refrigerator for 1-2 days to marinate.

Grill 3 minutes each side or until grill marks show. Use in pastas, quesadillas, sandwiches, etc. Enjoy!
