½ cup of your favorite frozen or fresh fruits (if not frozen add ice)
1 cup of your favorite plant-based milk (I’ve been loving Ripple)
Mini vegan chocolate chips
Blend frozen fruit and plant milk (or fresh fruit and plant milk with ice) until smooth. Pour in bowl and top with any or ALL of the toppings you’d like. Not only is this an easy and healthy option, plant-based milk is PACKED with protein so have no fear about not getting enough with a vegan diet! Enjoy!
