Breakfast: Avocado Toast

Serves 1

2 slices Dave’s Killer Bread (Organic/Vegan)
OR
2 slices Udi’s Gluten Free Whole Grain
½ avocado
½ medium tomato
Pinch of himalayan salt
Pinch black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder (each slice)
½ tsp chia seeds (each slice)
Earth Balance Soy-free vegan butter

Lightly toast bread, lightly butter immediately. Cut half avocado into half again (the long way) then evenly spread each half onto each slice of bread. Sprinkle ½ tsp of garlic powder and ½ tsp chia seeds on each slice of bread on top of the avocado. Slice tomato thinly and add 2-4 slices to top of the avocado toast. Top with pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
